Rates shown are monthly rental rates. Golf membership may be available with select rental periods at an additional cost. You do not need a Golf Membership to play golf at Webbs Reserve; public play is welcome! Please inquire about multi-month stays and golf options.
Rates are subject to availability and may change. Minimum 30-day rental. Additional taxes, application fees and other applicable charges apply. Charlotte Co. + Florida taxes 12%, Babcock Ranch lease processing fee $25, Webbs Reserve Application fee $150, Webbs amenity fob $25/person, Cleaning fee $250, refundable security deposit $500, Pet fee $50/dog; small non-shedding dog breeds welcome. Maximum 2 dogs. Golf Membership Transfer fee, if available, $500. This is not necessary to play golf at Webbs Reserve.
No surprises. Your complete rental cost, including all applicable taxes and fees, will be provided before you reserve your stay.
